Del Mar and SeatGeek have partnered to provide new seating and pricing options for the 2025 Breeders’ Cup, the track announced Tuesday. Tickets for the general public will go on sale April 23, with fans encouraged to register for presale access immediately.
The multi-year partnership with SeatGeek will leverage technology to enhance the ticket purchasing process and create a more seamless on-site experience. For the 2025 event, fans must create a free SeatGeek account to purchase tickets.
“Anticipation is high as we return to stunning Del Mar for the 42nd running of the Breeders’ Cup World Championships,” said Breeders’ Cup Limited President & CEO Drew Fleming. “Building on the electrifying energy of last year’s record-breaking event, we’re crafting an extraordinary experience for our guests and an unmatched atmosphere as the world’s finest take center stage.”
Del Mar President Josh Rubinstein expressed enthusiasm about hosting the prestigious event for a second consecutive year.
“It is an honor to host this prestigious event that brings not only the best horses, owners, trainers, and jockeys to our venue, but also enormous economic impact to our city,” Rubinstein said.
The 2025 World Championships will offer various seating options across multiple price points. Two-day dining packages range from $1,139 to $2,861 per seat, while box seating options include both single and two-day packages starting at $504 for a single day and $1,167 for both days.
Reserved seating packages start at $80 for a single day and $212 for both days. Infield General Admission is priced at $80 for Friday and $155 for Saturday, while Trackside General Admission costs $106 for Friday and $233 for Saturday.
Michelin-starred chef Curtis Stone returns for his third consecutive World Championships to create the culinary experience for attendees. Stone, who owns Michelin-starred Gwen and The Pie Room in Los Angeles, as well as Woodend by Curtis Stone at Maroma in the Riviera Maya, will work with his team to develop offerings for guests in select premium dining areas.
“I look forward to continuing this fantastic partnership with the Breeders’ Cup,” Stone said. “This year’s cuisine will build on the success of the past two seasons with an innovative approach that celebrates the unique nature of Del Mar and the elevated elegance of the World Championships.”
All tickets must be purchased in advance, as none will be sold on-site during the event. Corporate outings and large groups can register for additional information through the Breeders’ Cup website.
On-site parking at Del Mar will also be sold exclusively in advance, with prices ranging from $55 per pass on Friday to $94 on Saturday, depending on lot location. A dedicated ride-share lot will be available throughout the weekend.
