Scott Heider secured a Hinkle Farms-bred daughter of Not This Time (hip 144) for $2,000,000 Monday at Keeneland September, establishing a new session high mark.
The seven-figure filly is out of the productive broodmare Stave, whose current 2-year-old Matenro Hour (Constitution) commanded $1,100,000 at this same sale last year from Yuichi Fukunaga.
This family continues to produce commercial success in the sales ring and on the track.
The pedigree includes First Samurai siblings MGISP Tarabi and GISP Shivaji, along with recent GI Santa Anita Derby third-place finisher Westwood (Authentic).
Taylor Made Stallions highlighted the sale on social media, noting the filly was “bred and consigned by Hinkle Farms” and purchased by “Heider Family Stables alongside agent David Lanigan.”

The transaction marks another significant success for Hinkle Farms’ breeding program, which has now produced multiple seven-figure yearlings from the same dam in consecutive years.
Monday’s session continues to demonstrate strong market demand for well-bred fillies with commercial pedigrees, particularly those by established sires with proven Grade 1 connections.
