Stable Recovery Gala Silent Auction Now Open

Fasig-Tipton will host the Stable Recovery Gala on April 19 in Lexington, Kentucky, with the silent auction now open for online bidding.

The event has already sold out, prompting organizers to add additional seating to accommodate the overwhelming response.

Auction items include halters worn by Not This Time and Cogburn, a Saratoga race day experience valued at $2,000, and sports memorabilia from Kentucky athletics.

A football helmet signed by University of Kentucky head coach Mark Stoops comes with tickets to the first game of the 2025 season. Basketball fans can bid on a ball signed by former UK star Reed Sheppard (Houston Rockets) paired with third-row seats to a UK basketball game of choice.

Bob Baffert has contributed a signed Citizen Bull saddle towel to the auction lineup.

Stable Recovery, initially launched as a Taylor Made initiative, has gained widespread industry support throughout the Thoroughbred racing community. The program provides men in early recovery from alcohol and drug addiction with a stable environment and meaningful employment opportunities within racing and other industries.

Those interested in learning more about the gala, purchasing tickets, or registering to bid on silent auction items can access additional information through the organization’s website.
