Hey, guess what? The Thoroughbred Makeover Rulebook is out! Yeah, you heard it right. It’s time to get your hands on the rulebook for the 2024 Thoroughbred Makeover and National Symposium.
Who’s presenting it, you ask? None other than Thoroughbred Charities of America. You can now review the rulebook on the organization’s website. The Retired Racehorse Project announced this in a release early Friday morning.
Oh, and you know what’s cool? The revisions to the rules are indicated in red. Yeah, that’s right, red. And the clarifications? They’re in blue.
